Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. For custom or bulk orders, processing time may vary — we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time We ship internationally from Shanghai, China via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight depending on order size and destination.

• Standard international shipping (air): 7–14 business days
• Sea freight (for large/heavy items such as complete elevator units): 25–50 business days depending on destination port
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. For heavy or oversized items (elevator components, complete units), freight quotes will be provided upon request before order confirmation.

Customs & Export/Import Duties All orders are shipped from China. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at either origin or destination.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
